The room we stayed in - the Lilypad - felt like entering times past. Though it seemed to have been upgraded in the mid-80s, it was done so in a simple and elegant way that maintained the room's history yet still provided for the expected needs of the modern traveler. It was also very quiet, private and well mannered.

The pillows needed to be softer. My wife and I found it a little too quiet, private and well mannered - the pool is too small to actually swim in and it would have been nice if the management could come up with something to would encourage the guest to mingle a bit more, but that may just be our own taste.
