GBGBLarge room with a sofa and lots of light both natural and light fixtures. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet. Fridge with bottled water and tea making facilities.
I would have liked a box of tissues but that's really not a complaint. The room was marvellous.

GBNice location, delicious breakfasts & Sunday lunch. Catered for gluten and dairy free which very happy about. Thank you. Stayed in largest family room. Facilities good in room, large shower, shampoo & body wash available if needed, soft towels, plenty of choices of tea and coffee and added bonus of fridge with milk and almond milk too. Owner Lucy very welcoming and helpful. Near Pett Level beach where we watched a lovely sunset one evening and enjoyed Bexhill, Hastings and Bodiam Castle nearby.
Minor issues - our daughter found the mattress too soft in the single bed, but that's personal preference. Blackout curtain linings would be a welcome addition and one of the window latch handles was missing so couldn't open in the windy weather- however we notified the owner who was unaware it was missing and was going to look to fix this.
