"On the whole it was OK and we will continue to use your properties."

Location was OK, but prefer central position. Good parking. Room and bathroom good.

Public bar/lounge area far too noisy with poor music choice. Breakfast was not great with poor layout, drink arrangements and short/overcooked hot food. Probable staff shortages. Bulbs in room lighting a bit of a challenge to read.

"Great stay"

Staff were lovely. We were walking the Northumberland Coast path and we left our car on their car park until we finished our walk. Room was spacious and bed huge. Very dog friendly... can't go past thus hotel for value for money 👍

Buffet breakfast eakfast could have been warmer, but not a big issue.

We had a good sized room. The bed was large and very comfortable. There was a plug socket and usb socket both sides of the bed. The shower was good. Breakfast was great. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful, friendly and very efficient. What more could you want from an overnight stay? Thank you everyone!

"Can't fault the hotel but would have preferred to be a bit closer to the harbour."

Room was very good. A great size, plenty of space and a nice sofa as well. I prefer not to have a shower over the bath but the shower itself was good. I had 2 small dogs with me and they were very accommodating of dogs with treats, bowls and blankets available. Breakfast was good and as a buffet you could help yourself.

On the outskirts of Amble it was a 20 min walk into the harbour where all the pubs and restaurants are.
