"Mountain Home Inn is a great place to stay for hiking!"

The location was unbeatable for hiking near Muir Woods and Mount Tamalpais. The view from our second-floor balcony was very nice. When we had an issue with our door, Owen quickly fixed it. Common areas are nicely decorated and look and feel cozy. There is a cabinet of board games and books for guests to peruse.

The duvet cover was stained in multiple places, and the first set of towels we were given smelled musty. The door was finicky and kind of hard to lock and unlock— it did get a little easier after Owen fixed it.
