CAFÉ DA MANHÃ BOM. AS ACOMODAÇÕES SÃO PRECÁRIAS, MUITO APERTADA. BANHEIRO SEM VENTILAÇÃO O VITRO FOI BLOQUEADO POR UMA PAREDE EXTERNA. E TAMBÉM MUITO PEQUENO, A PIA DE LAVATÓRIO DE MADEIRA E SOLTA. COMPLICADO. O ESPAÇO DO TERRENO É MUITO PEQUENO PARA A QUANTIDADE DE APARTAMENTOS. TUDO MUITO APERTADO.
