We were The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Well-maintained and fresh room which were clearly newly renovated :) Beautiful view from the balcony and in case of heat there is AC. I wound strongly recommend trying their Osteria, the food is yummy !! Thank you very much, we can't wait to return

Stunning location in the centre of old town with plenty of excellent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants available at your doorstep. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay.

The only small drawback was the view from the tiny balcony overlooking the courtyard, which was covered in pigeon faeces.

I stayed for one night in one of the rooms on the first floor, right above the backyard. The location is good, right in the (not overly exciting) city center. On the upside, the room was clean and the amenities mentioned in the description on booking.com were all available (kettle, tea, coffee, A/C,..). Staff was friendly.

The room is not super spacious, and the balcony is situated right above the terrace of a neighboring restaurant, so do not expect any calm in the evening. There is no view, it is actually obstructed by the shabby back wall of another building. The permanent noise of the pigeons that seem to live in the backyard was extremely annoying. Another downside is the check-in procedure and time: check-in is possible only between 6 and 10 pm, which is way too late. I arrived at the site exhausted and wet from a hike and had to wait for more than two hours before I could get into my room. Luggage can be dropped there before 6 pm but only after a kitchen aid that had to be called by the owner (who was not on site) opened the door. But there is no lobby or anything where you could wait, the luggage is locked in and you have to leave again and return at 6. Booking.com announced the offer "with breakfast", which is in reality a little joke, as there is no breakfast area or anything the like. You just receive a voucher for one croissant and a coffee in a neighboring café, which is pretty ridiculous, knowing the comparably rich breakfast buffets in similarly priced Italian hotels. All in all a pretty disappointing experience and definitely not worth 80 or at times even 100 euros. Would not book it again.

Comfortable room in a historical building, with welcoming staff, in an excellent, quiet location - the food and wine in the osteria were wonderful too

It was a perfect stay for us. They run a good restaurant, which appeared to be popular with locals and guests, served us a nice dinner. The wine list is extensive. Besides they have a few rooms for rent, it's not a full hotel experience. The room and bathroom was newly renovated, large and comfortable, the staircase leading up to it a bit narrow. Located very conveniently in down-town Cuneo a few steps from the pedestrian zone and the large market square. Parking in a public space was no problem, though a few minutes away. For breakfast you have to go a few steps to a local coffee bar, where the typical Italian breakfast is offered through a voucher.
