Felt very insecure that we left asap to another accommodation and we were glad we did so. The room that they placed us in was not in any of their photos, it was more like a dungeon garage without an actual door. You cannot securely lock this door, and cold air would obviously seep in. Someone could easily break in. No WiFi, we were not able to connect. There were no wall outlets in the room, and you would need to dangle your phone to connect to the suspended outlets. No windows in the room. They will overcharge you with 18% reservation/admin fees, which is not reflected in the final price on booking.com. We were struggling to get a refund, luckily we had someone with us who could help to translate and settled on paying for the first night (even though we did not stay there) and left right away.
