Wifi nunca tuve acceso

The rooms themselves are very nice and the pool is a nice bonus to the property.

1. Although they don't seem very busy they were very strict about the 3pm checkin but to be honest this is all over colombia. but it would be a nice gesture of hospitality to allow earlier. 2. there was a group of isrelis who were very loud and were playing music loudly, the staff should have more control over this so that other guests aren't disturbed. 3. the hotel itself is far from everything like at least 15-25min walk from town. 4. There were no towels in the room. when i told the reception this they said someone will bring them but they never came. 3 hours later i asked again and they said in 1 hour. again they never came with the towel. just overall very frustrating

Angelica and Wendy are very friendly and awesome persons.

The pool

Not very clean, wifi in the rooms very bad or hardly there tv only had 3 channels in one room and in the other it wasn’t even working. A bit awkward to get to aswell
