The property is in a great location in the center of San Ignacio near the market. The room was not fancy, but very comfortable.

It was a very lovely place. The beds were comfortable. I was able to cook my own good.

There is nothing that I would have changed about this place.

It’s a good place you can get for the price in San Ignacio that is close to the bus stop and tour agencies. But if you don’t have to be in San Ignacio you may rather stay 15min out of the town and enjoy the nature. Being in the city is not much fun.

Nice location away from the busy and trafficked portions of town yet close enough to be accessible. The two bedroom apartment was clean, quite, and well furnished, the kitchen in particular, which was welcomed since we regularly cooked our meals there. The owner's mother and brother were very friendly and welcoming, creating a nice and warm "family feeling" to the place. Having a beer in the bar on the top deck was a pleasant way to end the day.

Internet connectivity was sometimes spotty with a weak signal.

It's basically a basement room, with a tiny window close to the ceiling which one can't open and can't see anything from.

Plenty of space with shared kitchen. This lovely Inn is very close to town center uphill from the bus stop about 4 blocks and close to good restaurants. I loved this courteous and patient, caring family-run clean setting. Cooking classes are offered upstairs.

This property is centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the main street of San Ignacio. There is parking on site. San Ignacio is a great base for arranging tours to ATM cave, Caracol and Xunantunich. Cahal Pech and Green Iguana Conservation Project is within walking distance of the property.  The apartment is very clean and has decent size rooms with air conditioning and fans. There is also a well stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, oven and a microwave.  Charlene- the host lives upstairs of the building. She is very friendly, approachable and happy to help with any questions or requests. Thank you Charlene for your great hospitality. You made our visit to San Ignacio very special and welcoming. There is also a charming little rooftop bar on the top floor of the building with swings and a great view. It is a great place to hang out in the evening with a beer. The bar also runs a Marie Sharp chilli sauce and jam tasting experience, which we really enjoyed and also great value for money.  We spent very enjoyable seven nights at this property and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Ignacio.
