Das Essen abends war richtig lecker.

Die Kissen waren nicht bequem

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön, ruhig und gut erreichbar. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze auf der Wiese zur Verfügung. Die Schlüsselübergabe im nahegelegenen Hotel verlief völlig problemlos. Unser Zimmer lag unterm Dach – sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Induktionskochfeld und komplettem Geschirr war ebenfalls vorhanden. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat: Das Frühstück fand im Hotel statt – das hätte man vorher erwähnen können. Zu Fuß sind es etwa 5–8 Minuten oder mit dem Auto rund 2 Minuten bis dorthin.

Good things first: The rooms are renovated and very nice equipped. All is as shown in the pictures. The lady on the reception speaks English and is quite helpful.

BUT Breakfast It is advertised that the breakfast is in the property - it is not! It is in the hotel, 500 meters uphill hike. In a sunny day this is not a problem but if the weather is not good, you need to hike in the rain and the mud for ten minutes. Heating The big rooms on the second floor didn't have a heating at all! We were offered a small portable heater but it is not possible to do the job for such big space. (The lady on the reception changed the room with smaller, but if you need to use the big rooms, this will be quite a problem) MANAGER After we arrived on the address we understood that we had to drive to another place to get the keys for the rooms. We took them and drove back but it was clear that they gave us wrong keys for 1 of the rooms. So I called the receptionist by the phone and asked the correct keys to be brought to us, as it is not OK to drive around after all day of travel and someone else's mistake. I was told that i can complain to the manager for this. So I drove back second time (the third drive back was for the heating). It happens so that in the same time arrived the manager also... Well, I'm tour operator and I travel with a groups of tourists on a six continents! For first time I experience such behaviour from a manager of a business. Not only didn't we get any apology for the situation, but I was first shouted and then just hissed - 'GO to the Pension'. Then I was just ignored while the 'lady' was talking about me on the phone in Czech with someone. Well in the group we had people that speak Czech and even a Czech, so we understood all... She was treating us as a herding animal - not a sign of any hospitality management. When we returned back for third time for the heating problem, she just got to the car and run with saying no word. The low rateing is ONLY because of her! SO, I will do something that I have never done before - recommendation for the owner of the property.

Location, apartment was so cozy.
