We enjoyed our two night stay at the Ocean Breeze Inn. Great price performance, everything was clean, neatly set up, and the location was quiet and peaceful. Although we did not end using it, we appreciated that also a laundry room was available with everything necessary, which is a huge plus.

Two things for consideration: 1. the location is a further drive away from Hilo, but well placed if you plan on visiting Mauna Kea and Volcanoes park. 2. The walls are thin, so expect that you might potentially hear guests in the other rooms.

"We were only there for one night and it was appropriate for our needs."

The room was clean and moderately accommodated. No TV, but had coffee maker, microwave and frig. The area is close to the water, but the beach is rocky. Very nice neighborhood in more of a rural part of the island.
