Very good sized room and bathroom and very very friendly staff! Great location for exploring the Dales and a lovely view to wake up to. Good, hearty breakfast

Room could do with some coat hooks but otherwise no complaints!

I loved it it was perfect.

Traditional country pub serving good food and beers . Rooms were spacious and comfortable . After a good day's walking it was nice to relax in the bar and have good beer , food and an open fire . Enjoyed our stay , will return again .

The food was very good. A menu that was varied. My wife and I had different meals and we agreed all were cooked to perfection. Very good breakfasts too. The staff were efficient and friendly. The whole place had a very good feel about it. Very relaxing

Room.was excellent, but view of bins and building work outside coukd have been better. Staff great.. Evening meal was great. Breakfast was good. Amazing location. Weather could have been better !

Very spacious rooms above the pub with no noise. The room is large and also the bathroom with lovely touches and fluffy large towels. The bed is high and very comfortable with soft pillows and extra cushions. The wifi is super, no breaking up when talking on face time or teams. Plenty of parking on site at the side of the pub and the food is great. It's very popular with the locals because it's so welcoming with quality food and pub activities. In the room there's plenty of hanging space and club chairs and a window bench so you are not confined to sitting on the bed. Great views

A small fridge would be useful but sadly the room didn't have one. Breakfast is served from 09:00 which is too late for me when travelling for work.
