The best part about this accommodation was the owners. They were the friendliest and most welcoming people, ready to address any problems promptly. Because it was off-season, they gave me a superior room for no extra charge. And the room was great! The walking distance from the train station is convenient. Actions speak louder than words, and as I extended my stay three times, that says everything you need to know.

I am surprised by the wifi score. It was pretty painful, and at one point, we didn't have a connection for over 12 hours. There was another incident. I lost my room key, which is entirely my fault. I accept responsibility for this. However, they didn't have a spare! Thankfully, they were swift to break open the room, which I appreciated, but it meant that instead of paying for a new key to get cut, I had to pay for a whole new lock. What's more, the new lock did not lock from the inside, meaning I had to sleep with the door unlocked, which I was not comfortable with. Nevertheless, they gave me a free night as a result, so I must express my gratitude for how well they handled the issue. However, I am writing this to remind them to please get copies of their keys cut, so this never happens again! :)

The room was not very comfortable as there. Was no air conditioning.it was difficult to rest properly due to the heat.

Ok sized room with a desk and chair by the window. Use of kitchen, walkable to centre.

Quite rundown, needs a deep clean. It's directly on a busy road, very noisy. Wifi a bit slow at times and someone kept turning it off. Frustrating communication with host when asking for information prior to arrival. Tiny bathroom, not that clean, barely space to shower. Cracked toilet seat that pinched your backside! One socket that i could find, nowhere near the bed or desk. No one to help with luggage and the staircase is narrow with uneven steps.

Room comfortable and very clean . Easy to access everywher ,kandy railway station, bahirawa kanda temper, dalada maligawa, Kandy lake,sadagiri seaya.
