Great location and nice hotel

Makkelijke check in, mijn kamer had uitzicht op een binnenplaats, het was er erg rustig, bed was prima. Het ontbijt was goed. De ligging was heel fijn: midden in het centrum van Melk, op korte afstand van het Stift Melk. Er was een afgesloten fietsenstalling. Daar kon ik mijn fiets en bagage nog na het uitchecken laten staan.

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Sogar früherer Check-in auf An- und Nachfrage möglich gewesen, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. sehr gemütliches, sauberes Ambiente. schönes Zimmer

The location in the charming village centre within easy walking distance to the Abbey was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast in the morning provided both hot and cold options and the Restaurant for evening meals had a good menu. Our bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water.

My husband found the Wifi was weak in our room. As we were located above the outside patio at the front of the building there was noise from the street and patio restaurant until almost 11:00 on two of the three evenings we were there. We were not overly bothered by this but it might be a reason to choose another room if we were to return.
