"Rustig gelegen verblijf in een lokaal dorpje, bij mensen aan huis."

Heel vriendelijke uitbaatster. We namen er een avondmaal dat heel uitgebreid, lekker en lokaal was, voor een correcte prijs. De kamers liggen in een apart gebouw, los van de woning van de uitbaters. Dit zorgt voor veel privacy. Het was koud, maar we kregen extra dekens.

Helaas was er geen wifi.

The home cooked food was good and some of the family were lovely. They kindly gave us a lift from.the station and took us to get some cash from Bogatala (we did pay for this)

Being stared at by multiple family members at all times, especially during meals. No privacy apart from in the room. Damp room, beds etc. Difficulty communicating.

Simple but very friendly and kind Homestay. Nice Accomodation close to Hortons and good local food or lunchpackage on request. Beautiful located in Nature! We could even watch bear-monkeys(pourpour-langur) from the garden :D

The owners are really sweet and very helpful (they don't speak much english but we understood each other just fine). She made us home-cooked dinner and packed a delicious breakfast for us to take to the morning trekking. The brother of the owner took us to Horton Plains for a fair price and got us to the main entrance in just 30 min. Altogether was a good experience!

The place is very simple and rural, which was okay for us but might not be for everyone. Even so, good place for so little money.

"Nearest accommodation to Horton Plains NP"

The room was clean and there was hot water in the shower.

Not coated blanket. A big spider in the bathroom. This whole area is very expensive. You could find a similar accommodation in a different part of the country for half the price. Beware of the entrance fee for the nearby Horton Plains National Park which is severely overpriced.
