The Pebley Inn

Lovely location lovely staff. Shame the restaurant wasn’t open.

Choice of food.

The bar was bang on and cozy. Good ale.

Mould in the bathroom because there was no extractor fan and a beer mat covering the vent. Room was freezing. Kettle was full of limescale. Quite a few Cobwebs around the room. Overall displeased

The pub was great fantastic lovey log burner, food and the real ale was kept superbly. The staff and locals were super friendly and the pub dog friendly if you wanted it but well controlled if you didn’t. The room was well appointed and being on the top floor we could not hear the pub below. The location close to the M1 was very convenient for us.

The room could do with a refresh, the beds were showing their age and the decoration was also tired. Our socks gathered some human hair so the floor hadn’t been cleaned very well before we stayed. There is some road noise from the road outside. All this said though it was a good room just a little tired.

Immaculate room and ensuite.

Our room was situated at the front of the pub,near a country road, so there was some road noise but not invasive.

The location is a bit far from everywhere, but the friendliest pub you'll ever find. lovely staff and customers as well. Absolutely beautiful inside and out.

Sadly this is not a B&B, so no breakfast, which is a shame. Breakfast would have made my facilities mark perfect.
