The value was brilliant. The location is lovely and not far from the Peaks

Bed wasn't very comfy. Mattresses have seen better days in the room i was in (7)

Nice friendly place. The pub is great with good food.

Room was a bit cold, heating only came on in the bathroom.

Bed was a squeaky and the air freshener wasnt the best in the stairway but still a very nice stay

The staff were brilliant. So friendly. I ate a nice steak and kidney pie and mash in the bar in the early evening. Breakfast is not provided, but that was as expected. Generally good decorative order inside, and very comfortable bed. My room had a good big wardrobe, plus a handy chair and round table. Large free car park.

My single room was above the bar, so it was a bit noisy until closing time. It had a quite small shower room ensuite, with mismatched toilet seat. One of the light fittings in the bedroom was hanging down, but not unsafe.
