Piscina e localização, além da arquitetura classica, mobilia de época bem preservada, tudo bem característico de época.

Caia muita folha e inseto na piscina e não eram retirados com frequência. A piscina estava muito limpa, mas caiam muitas folhas e insetos. Seria legal limpeza das folhas duas vezes ao dia, ou instalação de tela acima da piscina e abaixo da copa das árvores. Os guarda-sóis poderiam ser maiores também.
