Lovely family run guesthouse with nice rooms and huts in lovely gardens. Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean, the family go out of their way to do whatever you need, including making very nice food and drinks. It's in a lovely location at a quiet point on the beach. It's idyllic.

It was a little tricky to order food, but there are loads of nearby places. The food we did have there was delicious, though.

Staff is very nice and welcoming. Food is good. Our room was great, AC works well and bed is big. The beach is just in front of the house door.

Our Seaview was hidden by a roof (all other rooms have a full Seaview I think). The price was quite high because of new year eve.

Great location owned by a Lovely Goan family...warm homely atmosphere.. great menu with food and drinks available throughout the day...quiet.. yet close to numerous shops, restaurants, etc. bicycle and motorbike hire available too.

Lovely owners and great location - basically on the beach. Food and drink also at a really reasonable cost and always had hot water in the bathroom.

We booked a room described as having a sea view - we could see the tiniest slither of the sea and mostly a really ugly looking balcony. It was a special occasion for us so having booked the room to be beachfront and have a sea view, I was quite disappointed to have neither of those things.

Worst stay ever. Building is too much old. Bathroom latch was not working. They provided very small bathroom bucket. And oh my god charges were so so high. Service was zero compared to prices. And yes obviously they did not provided us beach facing rooms. Not at all recommended.

The room was very spacious and the washroom was the same as the bedroom. The hut I was staying in was really beautiful even from outside, no idea abt other huts. Nice place to sit in front of the beach and chill with the beer.

Hmm to be honest the lunch we ordered did not meet my expectations. It's should have been much better but better then the other restaurants next to it.
