Gasthof zum Bären

Die Lage und das Bett.

Das Zimmer roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch, besonders im Bad und das obwohl es ausdrücklich ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer war. Sehr unangenehm.

Nichts

Das der Betreiber scheinbar nicht ehrlich ist. Er hat mir telefonisch bestätigt das er der kostenlosen Stornierung zugestimmt hat. Aber leider hat Booking.com keine Nachricht bekommen. Er hat wohl gedacht er könnte 3 Nächte (195 € abkassieren). Nach mehrmaligen anrufen bei Booking und Booking bei dem Betreiber hat er dann trotzdem 1 Nacht in Rechnung gestellt. Dann musste ich mehrmals nachhaken das ich die Rechnung bekomme! Nicht empfehlenswert, wenn man kein Stress haben will, bucht man woanders!!!!

The location in the center of this town is quite good, but since the town is so small, any location would have been fine.

This was truly a shock. I have never had a worse stay. First of all, I couldn’t even check in. You have to actually call and speak specifically in German, otherwise the staff just laugh at you over the phone and leave you outside in the middle of the night in front of a locked door. Nobody responded to my prior messages, which means the staff are not even willing to run them through an online translator. I did not receive any instructions before arrival. None at all. And there was no welcome whatsoever once I finally got inside. The hotel itself is rather outdated, but the cleaning was basically okay. I believe they are simply taking advantage of being almost the only option in the area. If someone needs to come here, it becomes their problem, and they just have to accept whatever hotel is available, even if it has nothing to offer. In my opinion, if there is no service at all, they should not be charging more than 30 euros.

Parkplatz

Für mich mit 195cm war das Bett einfach viel zu klein. Zusätzlich keine Verdunklung der Zimmer möglich!

Ein Gasthof ohne Frühstücksangebot - schade.
