RL Veranda Suite

Lots of sleeping space for everyone. Exceptional parking space. Water dispenser in lobby. Reception waited for my group to check in at 11pm.

I wish that instead of double deck bunk Beds they had twin singles. Regardless our group was OK

The room is spacious and has its own CR. It also has a mini kitchen to cook food (suggest having a rice cooker as well to cook rice :)) and have coffee. We love the overlooking balcony as well. It looked and felt so clean all throughout our stay. The location is very accessible as it's just walking distance to Burnham Park and the Night Market.

Just a heads-up, the hotel does not have an elevator. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, you might find the stairs a bit challenging but the staff is willing to help.

The place is ok, staff are very friendly.,but the toilet flush is not working, lots of coakcruch.

Hi! I discovered RL Veranda Suite way back in 2019 from a facebook ad. I checked it and saw the place was near Burnham Park and it was clean. The reviews were good and so, I'm satisfied and booked it with my friends. The service when we went there for the 1st time was good and the staff are always greeting us and smiling. They're so accommodating to our requests and it was a big help, that's also why I always choose them from then on. So from 2019, 2022, 2023, their hotel was my 1st choice.

Now, February 28 to March 2, 2025, I still chose them to stay in Baguio. Even now, the place is still clean but needs a lot of renovation, from the side table, bed headboard to the door of the restroom, we saw that it needs some maintenance or maybe repainting? I'm not sure but it definitely needs a revamp to keep the place presentable for the visitors. For the staff, I don't know if they change or hire new staff to help maintain the place but the service and accommodation I liked from them way back in 2019 was missing. It is disappointing and it irritated me that a simple request cannot be met by a more courteous and pleasant manner. The one that made me more annoyed was this 1 staff member that for me I felt like we're an inconvenience to her, because the card they gave us to enter and exit the premises is not working. The tone of her voice when she saw that was not the tone I expect when you're in the service industry. It should be more pleasant and nice, not an irritated one from her. So that was my experience this year from them. It saddened me to experience that from the hotel I trusted for the past 4 years and I'm sorry for this review but I want to honestly share my thoughts when me and my friend stayed there. But nonetheless, I hope that more years of service and visitors will discover this very accessible and clean place. That's all and still, I'm very thankful for the past 4 years.
