"Exceptional"

Great location in the heart of Tbilisi. Air on the street was full of summer smells, and the antique balcony was beautiful. Our breakfast was tasty and nutritional. The owner of hotel was kind and allowed us to keep our luggage in a lobby while we were walking after check out.

"Good place to stay for a couple in Tbilisi center."

The room was big and clean. Very good AC, which was needed on a hot summer day. The breakfast is at the cafe next to the hotel building.

"Room n.5 is not worth for this money"

The bed was still comfortable like in room n.1.

The 2nd night I was moved from marvellous room n.1 to room n.5 which was 1/3 of room n.1, no cupboard to hang the shirts, suit etc., no table, just 1 big double bed and space go around the bed.

"Be careful which room you book"

The 1st night I had the room n.1. Quality materials, spacious, comfortable bed etc.

There is no reception. You must know the enter code and must know your room number. Reading the opinions there was no information that one MUST contact the hotel before coming. I found myself in the situation: my mobile had problems in roaming, Georgian sim was late to buy and just by chance I managed to contact the host. The breakfast is just 1 plate of omelette and 1 cup of tea/Coffee. 1 croissant costs 6,5 euro/7 dollars a part.

"very happy with my stay and would stay here again"

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. breakfast was served at a restaurant downstairs. you could choose one meal and one drink. so it’s not the usual kind of hotel all you can eat breakfast. but it was delicious. I really only needed this hotel to sleep and the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

the room and the bathroom were a little small. breakfast was limited to one meal from the restaurant. I was still hungry after eating. but the breakfast was delicious.

"Great hotel in great location"

perfect location. Close to Rustaveli underground station. also bars, restaurants and grocery store. Room was clean, good mattress. looks like it’s new development so everything is fresh, new. staff was nice. Breakfast very delicious. so basically the place meets all our needs and expectations.

during our 5 days stay once happened that property ran out of hot water, but it was fixed we didn’t even complain ed
