Beautiful setting Limited menu but food ok. The beds were comfortable and the staff tried their best.

Were allocated rooms in what they called and annexe but was situated further up the road. TV and WiFi did not work in the annex! There were very steep steps from room down to bathroom which were in fact dangerous, the whole thing felt like a work in progress.

Tried to house us in another building some way from the Inn. Up a dreadful driveway in a modern but unkempt bungalow. Room was tiny so we refused to stay. Wrote a complaint to them but they did not even respond.

We love the quiet location, usually overlooking Loch Eck

We weren't told at time of booking that weren't stayed in the actual hotel with bath etc instead we were in the annex a cpl of mins away from hotel. Menu was very limited & basic compared to our previous visits (no steak option etc)

Good view and location. Food is lovely

The room was extremely small, marks all over the walls could really do with a freshen up

É proprio davanti al lago, vista dalla camera bellissima! Locale tipico

Purtroppo non proprio pulito, abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in camera.

Clean establishment, very polite staff. Made to feel incredibly welcome. Excellent all round.
