Very warm welcome and comfortable stay with a lovely homely feel. It was exceptionally clean and the best night's sleep we've had in a hotel for a long time - comfortable beds and quiet, with a fan provided in the room which kept us nice and cool. Drinks, biscuits and toiletries provided in the rooms and an excellent breakfast! Would definitely go again.

...only that we couldn't get there in time to have an evening meal as I'm sure it would have been very good!

Great homely pub B&B, the owners are great, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to eat there on the evening due to our arrival time but we didn’t manage have a few drinks and a good chat and laugh with the owners.

Very friendly helpful hosts. Very warm welcome and very accommodating. Good food. Clean room.

Bed a little hard for us but all a matter of preference so may be perfect for others.

Perfect, cooked to order fresh and very tasty the address you gave

The address you gave it is in the village of Hallbankgate which is3 miles from Farham where you said it was took me an extra hour to find it in the dark, the owner has told you about this
