Good location, friendly staff, clean bed linen, no bedbugs. Tea and coffee provided. Bed OK

Carpet looked like it'd come from the pub downstairs (ie groud in dirt). The shared toilet floor was covered in pools of yellow liquid from leaking pipes, very disgusting - there was not even a hook to hang your towel, so it was difficult not to drop it on the floor. It just looked filthy - there's no way you'd want to walk on the carpet without shoes. The room had no bedside lights, just one central light. Only 1 electric socket, miles from the bed. No central heating. The price for a room with no bathroom was too high - for a room this grotty, with no bathroom I would expect more like £40 a night.

Decor was very tired. Needs modernisation in all areas including the entrance hallway.

The room was great, perfect for two friends.

The shower temperature was too low, I couldn't get it to warm up. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't warm either.

The location. Basic but very clean and comfortable single room with more than adequate bathroom. The staff were so helpful, particularly the guy from Croatia and the others with directions and airport transport. Shame I didn't have time for a pint or two downstairs in the pub, which was lovely, welcoming and has a pool table...

The location was very near all that I wanted to do, and I thought that it was very good value for money

I cannot say that there was anything that I did not like.
