The communal kitchen was rather good

The staff is very unprofessional. Reception was closed and some instructions left in a red box. It seems the host was the red box and no one else. The bar next to the Auberge was close in the day of my arrival, so needed to walk outside of the district to find somewhere to go for dinner. Breakfast was not included, and this is fine. But be prepared to go for a walk because if you are unlucky to arrive on a Sunday or Monday, everything is closed. To make matters worse, there was no one at reception at arrival, and I was only told about taxes by email after checking out. No information was left of the room. It is very unfortunate because this is something that could have been paid at the property now needs an international transfer 3x more expensive that the city tax value.

Was difficult to figure out how the check in worked and they didn't have any staff around when I arrived. The place is far from the city centre but is in a nice, quiet area.

The Location was beautiful, France was 10 minutes away, the staff were super helpful and friendly, they helped us with our trip in Geneva telling us where to go where to see where to eat it was a fantastic service

The room only had one socket to charge devices, there were no curtains to block out the light completely, only see through ones which made sleeping at night a bit awkaward

Very nice place a bit lost and hard to find but once you are there it's really worth it, its really clean, the bar is great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

we wanted a double bed but it was two individual beds that were not at the same height so they were a bit uncomfortable and they had a bump in the center but aside of that all good and nice.

Very comfortable room with decoration from brocante, very cosy.
