Nono toiletries which we had to go out and get simple thing like hand soap

road noise unfortunately an empty shower gel container in the shower fresh milk had kindly been provided but there were no tea bags, likewise an ironing board but no iron.

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned at all which really let down the rating and our experience of the chalet.. The shower was dirty. The duvet cover was stained. There were no pillow cases in the pillows. The draws were still not cleaned from precious client...hair and hair clips found. No sanitary bin in toilet for ladies. Hand soap not filled. Coffee, sugars and teas not filled. Tea cups and ceral bowls not cleaned. Inside of fridge was left some old milk. And then there was no fire alarm in the unit and one of the lights looked like it was about to fall out. If the room had been cleaned and the above taken care of then our experience and review would be better. We shall not recommend or use this facility as a stop over again.
