"Good place for enjoing mountains"

Herr Kaltschmid and the staff was very kindful; there was an error during reservation, because The Walchseer Hof has been started the season on 22/12/2023 but I booked my stay from 21st (too early ;) ) Herr Kaltschmid booked in my behalf a room in another hotel, located nearby - I paid for both places at the end in Walchseer Hof. I really appreciate that I could stay in Walchsee as planned not looking for one-night-stand by myself... A food for breafasts and dinners was local, high quality; I recommend cheese and specks and for dinner: deer and/or trout (the trout was Weltklasse :) ). It was our first but for sure not last stay there. Danke!

People were uber supportive during my stay and even kept an eye on me during the race - my chain broke ad the owner Georg waited for me (thankyou again). I'll be back swim bike run routes v good - the only frustration was out of their control - drivers are quite aggressive on the roads... On a TT bike that can cause alot of wabbling when descending so i had to be pretty careful. unless required i would take road bike.
