Pousada Casario

We had a lovely stay here! The Pousada is very nice - it's slightly away from the main square, but we really enjoyed the peace and the walk to the main square is a lovely walk along the river! We had a delicious breakfast everyday, they kept us full for a long time. The host was great - he gave us loads of tips and was super friendly!! The rooms are a good size with a big bathroom! We would choose to stay here again if we visit Paraty again :)

It was amazing! The owners were very lovely, welcoming and helpful. You can really feel that they have high standards in terms of hospitality. The breakfast was spectacular. We stayed for two days and really enjoyed our time here.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The host gave us a lot of tips for our stay including activities to do! The breakfast was delicious aswell. Would recommend when staying in paraty

The Pousada has a great location as it’s really close to the centre of Paraty but in a quiet neighbourhood and not far from the beach either. It’s a beautiful tranquil place and you can see that the owners put a lot of thought behind it. Their hospitality was amazing, they were super flexible and thoughtful.

This little Pousada is quite nice. Everything is done really well, the grounds, the room, the decor, the breakfast….. It’s certainly not the cheapest place in Paraty. But I believe it is worth every extra dollar. I’ve stayed in quite a few little places like this, and this one is definitely at or near the top!

No complaints, really. We stayed 2 nights and were a little surprised that our bed was not made up, for our second night. But they did service the room with new towels and emptied the trash.
