Dois quartos bem grandes e muito confortáveis. Banheiro enorme também. Uma sacada que deixa tudo bem ventilado e muito acolhedor. Estacionamento privativo e de fácil acesso.

A localização é excelente, a casa é enorme e as pessoas são ótimas! Excelente custo-benefício.

A casa tinha um cheiro forte de casa fechada, merecendo uma boa faxina. As camas e travesseiros não eram muito confortáveis, com uma cama de mola claramente velha e desgastada.
