Comfortable bed and shower

The window blinds could not close fully and the property is basement so it didn’t feel fully private. Also no lock on the inside of connecting door so didn’t feel fully secure.

Really quiet spot, only 5 mins from busy Downs and Blackboy Hill. Comfy bed. Warm. Will definitely book again.

A second bedside table and lamp would be good. A small area for eating, e.g. a sideboard or table, and a chair, would help the eating experience. There is only the bathroom for washing up, and no detergent. The access is down a steep staircase, not for the mobility impaired.

Location good for Clifton and busses. Reasonable parking on street available.

Pictures deceiving, as it's a basement flat. Steep narrow steps for access may prove difficult for some.

The place was in a great location ,very quiet ,very clean and nicely decorated,toilet very clean and everything very tidy

The only thing I can say and is not bad it was ,it was hard to find the place ,and the access is a bit odd to get to the door ,apart from that ,perfect

Internet signal a little poor.

Recommend place. when requested for the Heating to be On, it was provided. staff was available to help.

Located in a good location, convinent for all of Clifton. Room is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice touch for a fridge, cutlery and a selection of books

The steps down are very steep so not suitable for all. Also not signposted so easy to miss in the dark.
