"Уровень проживания и обслуживания очень хорошие, локация отличная."

Очень вкусные завтраки, внимательный персонал, помогли с доставкой багажа на вокзал, т.к. выезд из Бухары был вечерний, хотелось погулять по городу, предоставили услуги по доставке наших чемоданов. Спасибо отдельное Зафару.

Perfect location near to the old town, tasty breakfast , very helpful host and amazing atmosphere of traditional house . Highly recommend if you really want to feel Bukhara vibes and Uzbek hospitality

The old location expecially the internal courtyard

I think the property has enormous potential that isn't being fully exploited. The property is wonderful, especially the internal courtyard, but the rooms and kitchen could use a renovation. The property should be advertised. It's not even mapped on the GPS.

Основное преимущество отеля - расположение. Легко подъехать на такси, не кружа по узким улочкам, хотя отель распрложен на территории старого города. Самому отелю 350 лет. Интерьеры старинные. Но сам отель уставший. Завтрак очень сытный: фрукты, сыр, колбаса, масло, лепешки, варенье-мед, компот, гренки, блинчики со сковороды горяченькие. И на выбор творожок, сосиски-яичница, каша. Чай-кофе. Персонал гостеприимный и приветливый. Чувствуешь себя как дома и в полной безопасности).

Отель уставший. Сантехника, коммуникации, мебель требуют ремонта. Где-то подтекает, где -то не течет, где-то не закрывается. Простыни-полотенца потрепанные. Нет геля для душа. Питьевую воду то дают, то нет. Все это не сильно портит впечатление. Просто будьте к этому готовы.

Тишина в гостинице, пустота кроме меня никого и не было, теперь знаю почему

Персонал поменял цены сначала сказали одно потом другое В номере протекал душ, протекает раковина, не работал сливной бачок на унитазе, отсутствовала зубная паста

"Horrible stay would not reccomend"

Courtyard, location was ok

Nasty bathroom, leaky bathroom pipe, staff was rude if they were even there. Carpets were absolutely filthy, tv, safe, and ac were 20 yrs outdated, very little power to room, only 2 plug points, breakfast was so oily you could start a small oil tycoon with it. Many stains on the bed
