GBRoom was very clean and fresh, had food both nights. Was lovely and also fantastically hot. Bonus was we arrived on a Friday so had the fish and chip deal £3.95. Big portion too. Saturday night we are again and had brekki on Sunday before we left. Not one complaint. James was very welcoming right through the stay. Lovely little pub, fab food and comfy digs.

GBThe accommodation was fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful. The food was tasty and nicely presented. Breakfast is available but must be ordered the night before.
I didn't find our room particularly convenient although it was pleasant and clean. I would have liked more places to put things - a chest of drawers would have helped and also a shelf or cabinet in the shower room. A shower mat wouldn't have gone amiss. There was no housekeeping over the weekend.
INMost of all the warmth and attention to detail with which the the owner of the inn, Mr. James Meakins looked after us. Even more, he went out of his way to ensure that we made the most of our time during our stay.
The room was a little under furnished. We did share this feedback before our departure.
