I rarely leave negative review, but my experience at this hotel was unacceptable due to RUDE, unprofessional, obnoxious behavior of a staff. The male staff wearing a hat while at work might have been picked up from the street to work in this facility. Not a good move.hospitality is about respect and service unfortunately this hotel falls short. Regardless how close to the beach the hotel but bad customer service ruins the entire experience. The male staff created an uncomfortable and frustrating atmosphere. The breakfast was free and included in the hotel fee, but the staff made it seems I am not worthy to received this breakfast. Basic request were met with eye rolling, abrupt response and outright indifference. And this happened 3 days out of my 7 days stay. I ate somewhere else when this guy is serving at the restaurant to avoid him.

Good people dont't Come here,it 's a shame about the wonderful scenary of the beach but that's it,that's all.This place is forgotten place where people are practically robiei of their money,the staff are rude,flies people dribk before they server,the food is rude,your personal belongings are stolen ,the cold water,horrible accomodation condition,so my advice is avoid it otherwise you will regret it.The Police in the area are dirty, they cover everthing because there are gangs at every destination, especially so far from El Nido,so my advice is not to venture out because you will cry.Beware of the oweners ,John abd Chee,as under their apparent smile is a gang of thieves and thugs

Les équipements sont pratiquement inexistant, pas d’eau chaude et nous avions des trous en bas des murs où rentrer comme des gros scarabée, nuit difficile

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön am Meer gelegen. Es war sehr ruhig und das Essen frühstück sowie Abendessen war immer sehr gut . Beim Moped ausleihen wurden wir jedoch abgezogen die Helme waren illegal und die Roller hatten keine Papiere somit hat die Polizei diese einkassiert . Der Weg mit dem Roller zur Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen etwas lebensmüde 😂 die Zimmer waren oke das Bad war nicht der brüller. Es ist sehr ab vom Schuss ! Jedesmal 30 min nach El nido nervt nach einer zeit

Quiet beautiful beach, nice, relaxed ambiente, right on the beach.

Dinner time the food took very long to come. Room door lock didn't work at the ligttle hut didn't work (but was ok for us). The bed in the small hut was kind of short (just ok if you less then 1,8m). We had temporay power outage (it is a remote place) which took a few hours before the power was restored. The dirt road condition on the last 3km is very poor. At least an SUV or better 4x4 is required if you drive there on your own. It's not really suitable for swimming because the water is very shallow. The included breakfast was just the bare minimum and not worth it. The breakfast from the menu is good.
