The Rise Room

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth as it is done virtually. The owner contacted us via WhatsApp and provided clear instructions, which made everything easy and hassle-free. In terms of location, the hotel is centrally located in the city. There are many shops and interesting places within a 10km radius. However, the hotel itself is slightly tucked into a residential area, which makes it quieter and more peaceful. Cleanliness was generally good, though there is still room for improvement. Comfort-wise, it was very comfortable, and the room condition was excellent, especially considering the affordable price. Definitely good value for money. The facilities are very good: - Parking is provided (if it gets full, parking may be slightly further away, but still within a reasonable distance) - Towels are provided, though toiletries are not - A mini pantry is available with a refrigerator and light snacks and drinks for purchase - There is a seating area in the pantry for hanging out - An iron is also provided at the pantry One downside is that the hotel may not be suitable for elderly guests or persons with disabilities, as there is no elevator available.
