Nice location, comfortable rooms.

Receptionist didn't speak neither Georgian, neither English. Just Russian. Shower was broken.

Great location for exploring Kakheti. Lianna and her husband have been running the property for about a year and go out of their way to help guests feel welcome. They speak fluent Georgian and Russian and know a bit of English, but we used google translate on our phones to break through the language barrier. The place is very relaxed and we loved being able to use the kitchen and especially the pool. The dog and kitten were great for our daughter to play with. Overall a very satisfying stay 😁

we had the room next to the pool and the water pump made quite som noise, also during the night. almost like sleeping in a ferry.

This hotel is a lovely place in the middle of a small village not far from Telavi. You can find many of the attractions you travel to Kakheti for. So for us it was a great place to have a night and then continue our journey. The hotel itself has a very nice yard, very green. Hammocks and a pool are there for you to relax. The room was alright, we had 1 big bed and one single person one. The room had a table, which was nice and needed for us (freelance workers). We asked for a simple dinner and we got one for an additional price (not much). They also serve great breakfast (cheese pancakes were out choice). I highly recommend this place to anyone.

As it is situated in a very small village, you won't find any restaurant or cafe nearby. That's why I would recommend ordering a dinner via booking before you come to the place, this way they will have time to visit a market and make sure it's ready for you.
