Breakfast was delicious and the staff was phenomenal and responsive. The room was nice and the scenery on the property was amazing.

The lighting in the room was a bit rough and our power did go out in room 111 but they came to fix it less than an hour after I contacted them. The pool does not have lighting so keep that in mind if you want a midnight swim. Easily fixed with propping up a phone flashlight though.

The rooms were clean and the cleaning people always made cute towel animals to entertain us. The on site restaurant was excellent with an amazing breakfast included every morning.

They could’ve paid a bit more attention to the pool area. It wasn’t very inviting but we didn’t have much time to use it anyway.

Breakfast included was excellent! Room always clean. Fresh towels and pretty added touches with flowers and animals made from towels. Bed linens fresh & clean. Comfortable stay & has air conditioning.

Ants but that cannot be helped, we are in the jungle. Shelf in bathroom or something to set toiletries on. They had one but it's really high.

The hotel is located in a quiet, green area where you can still see the Arenal volcano, and the main square of La Fortuna is only 15–20 minutes away on foot. Breakfast was delicious and there were different options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean.

The pool area is nice, but it could be better maintained. For example, the chairs were old. The walls were thin, so we could always hear our noisy neighbours.

Peaceful, comfortable accommodations in a handy location. Top notch restaurant. Friendly, accommodating staff.

Google has the wrong address which was very frustrating. Toilets often didn't flush. Would be great if the restaurant opened at 6:30am. We missed out on the excellent full menu breakfast 3 mornings out of 4. Luis was highly accommodating in getting us to go breakfasts.
