O 1⁰ quarto péssimo. Totalmente desconfortável, tv fazendo barulho, banheiro com jeito de sujo, cobertas ruins. Depois da reclamação, me alocaram para um quarto um pouco melhor, com banheiro e edredom

O check in foi complicado, é do tipo automático, mas não recebi o código de acesso antes de chegar ao local. E tb, o chuveiro não era bom, não esquentava o suficiente.
