O pessoal que trabalha na recepção foram sempre prestativos, atenciosos e educados, atendimento nota 10. Café da manhã estava bom também e a cama bem confortável. Localização boa, bem próxima ao calçadão de Capivari.

Box do banheiro pequeno e apertado na hora de tomar banho. Ar condicionado barulhento e faltando um pedaço (usamos o modo Quente na hora de dormir).
