Great location as it was easy to reach the city visa public transport. The staff was immensely helpful and friendly.

The WiFi signal was too low in one room and didn’t even reach in the other.

"Except the strict checkin time, everything was perfect."

quiet and cozy environment, reasonable price, nice room

No one, literally no one’s there before 16:00 on the day of my checkin. And no one answered the cellphone which was posted for checkin. So if you really want to arrive earlier, it’s better to find a way to communicate with them first.

I first want to point out that the young fellow that I woke up to come let us in was very nice to do that and I am very thankful for that generosity. We arrived very late and I am happy I did not need to go look for a different hotel at 11 to 11:45 PM at night. Thank you!! The hotel was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy and free and right next to the room. Very convenient. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice bathroom. Nice size. Good and comfortable bed. Just a short drive to the inner city of Hamburg. I would for sure stay here again.

There isn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. All was good.
