O atendimento é ótimo, principalmente o Murilo. Local bonito, serve café da manhã e café da tarde. O aquecimento é suficiente para o quarto. Oferece fogo e ou lareira.

The bedroom view was amazing, all the staff was very helpful, friendly and always in a good mood, making us fell at home. We had our fire outdoors and Murilo prepared everything with such care, putting some sheep skin on the bench and blankets. It was perfect! The coffee and delicious bakery served throughout the afternoon were not only delicious, but provided a time to relax in the lounge area and watch/interact with some birds that are in the nature around. We walked to Capivari centre every night (no need to take the car), and to Ducha de Prata and Bosque do Silêncio. It is very well located and there is no need to drive to these places. The decoration of the lounge, TV area and breakfast area is not only very pretty but also relaxing ; I loved it in there! My husband is English and he loved the hotel and Campos do Jordão very much! We will definitely go back there!

Parking requires more care than usual due to a ramp that you go down it to enter in the Pousada, but we did it well and so everyone else. (better drivers than in England I think. lol) I have to reiterate that the staff helps as well if you need it. :) Really the only thing that I am sure they must be checking already is a water drain outside of the building that sometimes releases some smell, but nothing that put me off the amazing breakfast they serve!

Pousada linda, com vários espaços confortáveis. fomos com nossos cachorrinhos que foram super bem tratados! quarto super confortável, com tv gigante e aquecimento na cama. a equipe é ímpar! super atenciosos nos trataram com muito carinho o tempo todo. o café da manhã é quase um almoço! rs... e o café da tarde é muito especial para se sentir aconchegado depois de um dia de passeios. recomendamos muito!

não foi um problema pra gente, mas é uma pousada ideal para quem vai de carro, inclusive tem estacionamento próprio. como ela fica numa ladeira, ir a pé pode ser bem complicado.

Pousada aconchegante, bem localizada, café da manhã delicioso e com uma boa variedade de itens, funcionários muito atenciosos.
