A Pousada é linda, muito bem cuidada, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã é muito gostoso e a comida do Quintal, é deliciosa. Ficamos no Chalé do Lago, super confortável e bem espaçoso, adoramos. Um lugar de paz e natureza.

De ter que ir embora.

A vista e as instalações, tudo maravilhoso. Café da manhã excelente e atendimento sempre muito cordial e gentil.

Faltou só um pouco de informação por parte dos funcionários para dar dicas do que fazer nas proximidades, mas sem prejuízo.

Lugar excelente, bem no centro das montanhas, foi uma experiência única!

Tivemos um pequeno contratempo com a falta de água no quarto, mas que foi resolvido sem grandes complicações, os funcionários sempre mto atenciosos todo o tempo!

"Ich habe mehr erwartet"

Das Bett war sehr bequem, aus dem Zimmer kann man die schöne Landschaft betrachten. Der Feuerplatz und das Ofuro im Zimmer war toll. Der Service war sehr gut und hilfreich. Der kleinen Wanderweg auf dem Grundstück der Unterkunft ist toll, vor allem der kleinen Wasserfall. Die angebotene Massage, die in einem tollem Raum neben dem Bach gemacht wird, war ganz toll.

Die Unterkunft war generell nicht gut gepflegt. Im Zimmer war ein Teil der Wand wegen Feuchtigkeit kaputt und der Loch, wo einmal eine Klimaanlage war, war sehr schlecht versteckt. Die Dekoration war zum Teil nicht entsprechend. Frühmorgens gegen 06:30 war es im Zimmer lärmig, da man vom Zimmer Motorräder, die frühmorgens mehrmals vorbei fahren, sehr deutlich hören kann. Die Frühstück war einfach, nicht besonders. Statt Brötchen, gab es hauptsächlich verschiedene Brote zum Schneiden. Ich fand es aus hygienischen Gründen nicht optimal, jeder hat das Brot mit den Händen erfasst. Für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet.
