Pousada Maravilha

Everything was great! The views, the pool and jacuzzis, plus the private one in the room! Breakfast and dinners were also really good! And the staff was amazing!

The room had lizards inside, which made us afraid and difficult to sleep and spend quality time there. We saw at least 3 per day inside the room.

Bungalows, restaurant and general facilities are tired and need a once in 20 years major facelift. For instance shower didn’t work properly and bungalow looked pretty shabby and was dark. Very old air con system. Had a few small lizards cohabiting the bungalow with us. The Nannai next door has much better restaurant and looks a lot more up to date (we are there but didn’t stay there).

Everything!! Oriented towards one of the best views of the island, Pousada Maravilha is an authentic gem of natural beauty!! Constructed with natural resources largely, it blends nicely with the landscape and makes you feel part of it. The lovely staff just brings the whole experience to a different level. The restaurant is again amazing. All dishes we’ve tried were awesome.

The property is beautiful , the view is breathtaking, breakfast was really good . However it was never really disclose to us all of our options from the menu, we found out by inadvertance .

Our room was near the laundry and service area of the hotel , we felt like we were staying in the service area.

the property has amazing service, location and facilities with a breathtaking view! everything about the pousada is perfect. and their restaurant is a hidden gem in the island!
