Ho trascorso un soggiorno semplicemente fantastico in questo hotel! Dall’accoglienza calorosa del personale alla cura dei dettagli in ogni angolo della struttura, tutto è stato perfetto. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, e il letto era incredibilmente comodo. La colazione era abbondante e di qualità eccellente, con prodotti freschi e un’ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta con professionalità e sorriso, rendendo l’esperienza davvero speciale. La posizione dell’hotel è ideale per visitare la zona, e l’atmosfera rilassante ti fa sentire subito a casa. Consiglio questo hotel a chiunque voglia un soggiorno senza pensieri, all’insegna del comfort e dell’eleganza. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

Essen war überdurchschnittlich gut. Nah am Europa Park. Bushaltestelle zum Europa Park 200m. Personal war super freundlich. Sehr sauber.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr gut.

Gebrauchte Kaffeetassen wurden schmutzig im Zimmer gelassen . Wen man früh zurück ins Hotel kommt hat man ein Parkplatz Problem. Da beim Hotel alles belegt und in der näheren Umgebung bei der Strasse auch.

Dritter Besuch, immer wieder klasse. Alles so wie man es sich vorstellt. Alles gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Mitarbeiter mehr als freundlich und Frühstück auch erste Sahne. Waren zwei Mal im Familienzimmer und einmal im Appartement, war beides top!! Preisleistungsverhältnis ist auch in Ordnung. Für mich gibt es in der Umgebung keine bessere Unterkunft, freuen uns schon auf den Herbst :)

Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Boden im Zimmer war sehr staubig. Die Socken waren ganz schmutzig nach einmal durchs Zimmer laufen.
