The place.

The staff attitude. Need some pr training. Unprofessional, rude. I wonder, is this staff an old lady because she's sound grumpy af. For her customer service skill, i give 1 out if 5. I give 1 because at least she picked up the phone. Kalau rasa letih nak kerja, sila berhenti kerja sebab ramai yang betul2 nak kerja. Kalau nak marah2, sila cari kerja jaga kandang haiwan. Jangan bekerja bahagian customer service.

It was right next to the funeral parlour where I needed to be at all different hours of my visit, so the location was great, as well as next to 24 hours shops and late night eateries.

The bathroom had cigarette ash on the floor and hair in the shower drain and on the toilet and bathroom sink - it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. After asking for staff to please clean it, they still left hair in the drain. The bedroom walls were covered in stains and there were many small cockroaches in the room. The electricity made a very very loud buzzing noise which I experienced at other accommodation in Malaysia but this one was extra loud, so I had to sleep with the card out of the electricity and no AC because it was too noisy. The bathroom sink leaked from the bottom and the shower flow was weak and positioned onto the wall instead of in the shower. The pillows looked stained so I used a towel to sleep on them. The cups had stains on the edges. If I had known that grab was so cheap in Malaysia I would have not chosen this place, despite being in the location I needed. I moved hotels as soon as I could.
