Localização perfeita, bem próxima a rodoviária. Mercados, farmácias e restaurantes bons próximos.

Poucas tomadas, tendo somente uma no banheiro e sem local de apoio para o celular. Cama um pouco de ruído e pequenas baratinhas no banheiro.
