Es war alles perfekt. Wir haben tadellos geschlafen und gefrühstückt. Vielen lieben Dank für die außerordentlich herzliche Beherbergung.

The location is nice, the place is really clean, and breakfast was good

However, while the host was welcoming, she tended to invade our privacy — for example, she entered the kitchen without knocking while we were sitting there. There were also many strict rules, including not being allowed to open the curtains. On the day of checkout, cleaning started before we had even collected our things at 9:47, though checkout was at 10:00.

Owner is super generous and goes beyond expectations what service looks like. Great breakfast as well.

Location is excellent, the hostess is lovely, breakfast was good and the little kitchen and dining room were a bonus.

We had a stopover at this beautiful house on the way to Dorf Tirol/Tirolo. We arrived a bit early and the owner, Barbara, was busy gardening. She showed us the off-street parking and rushed to get appropriately dressed to welcome us, underlying the immense pride this lovely lady has in her home. The room was beautifully decorated, with the most gorgeous bedding. She gave us information about places to eat nearby. We enjoyed our delicious breakfast that Barbara had prepared for us in the dining room. We would definitely stay there again as this kind lady goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable.
