Funcionários extremamente educados, acolhedores, muito bom o café da manhã. O hotel é muito no centro bem próximo de praticamente todos pontos turísticos.

Os quartos deixam um pouco a desejar nas instalações. Os quartos não são muito confortáveis. As instalações são bem antigas como banheiro e principalmente chuveiro onde mesmo saindo água quente a vazão é baixa demais. Não ofereceu sabão e papel higiênico muito pouco. Parece que é uma instalação muito caseira você se sente como uma visita.
