O café da Manhã é excelente e a equipe da pousada são muito atenciosos. A Localização também é muito boa, perto do Lago são bernardo. Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e o banheiro bem amplo. A equipe é flexível quanto ao horário de checkin e checkout se adaptando às nossas necessidades.

Poderia ser melhor o acesso a pousada que tem somente degraus na entrada. Difícil para quem está de carrinho, cadeira de rodas ou é de idade. O isolamento sonoro dos quartos em relação à cozinha também poderia melhorar. O chuveiro elétrico em um local frio como São Francisco de Paula não dá conta. Poderia ser a gás ou caldeira.
