"Very central but miss personal welcome"

Very central location. Room is well appointed. Nice to have tea making facilities. Staff were responsive to heating problem.

Communication about how to get in before arrival would have been useful and saved an unnecessary phone call. Also some pre advice about parking! Its a nightmare...not fault of room but could have gone straight to railway station if we had known. Room was also cold as only heating is by an air con unit on demand. Eventually got it working.
